08FAQ

QUESTIONS?

What is PaceUs?+

PaceUs is a community run club built around one simple idea, running together. All paces welcome.

What is Pace Day?+

Pace Day is our weekly Saturday run. It is not a race — it is a community experience where people move together, friendships are built, and the community reconnects.

What is Trail Therapy?+

Once a month we step off the road and into nature. Trail Therapy is our run-and-hike experience — a community run, group hikes, recovery moments and wellness through the outdoors.

Do I need to be fit to join?+

No. You do not need to be the fastest, you do not need to “look” like a runner, and you do not need to have it all figured out. Whether you run 2km or 20km, your pace belongs here.

What's the dress code?+

We rock alternating themed outfits — check the current theme before you lace up and come ready to move.

Are refreshments provided?+

Not at this stage, please bring your own water bottle. Drinks are also available to purchase at our clubhouse.

Is this a race?+

Not at all! We run together at a comfortable pace. Whether you walk or run, you're more than welcome.
